We're doing a music quiz at Trall on Thursday the 27th.
Trall is a music bar in Bernt Ankers gate, and the guy who runs it, Luis, is properly obsessed with sound. The speakers in there are genuinely good, not bar-good.
He plays music at you even if you just wander in off the street. I have been in there watching football and spent most of it thinking that we should do something in that room.
So now we are.
How the quiz works
I'm not writing it on my own. A few of us are each doing one round, so the questions come out of different heads and different taste instead of just mine.
The songs play on Trall's system as we go, so you actually hear them properly instead of through a phone on a table.
Teams are three or four people, and we mix them, so you end up with people you didn't arrive with.
You don't need to know a lot about music for this to be fun. Knowing one weirdly specific thing is usually worth more on a team than knowing a lot of normal things.
Want to write a round?
Message me and I'll tell you what one looks like. It takes about twenty minutes, and it's a good time to put together.
You don't have to be at the quiz to write one, but it is obviously more fun if you are.
Who's welcome
Anyone who likes music, or likes quizzes, or just wants a relaxed evening with other people in Oslo. You don't need to be good at either one.
Come alone if you want, most people do. You get put on a team when you arrive, which is about the easiest way there is to end up talking to people.
We'll likely speak a mix of English and Norwegian.

We usually go until around 22:00, and you can come and go whenever suits you.

A couple of minutes from Youngstorget, and right by Tilt, where we usually end up on the pub crawl.
Cost
Free to join. You buy your own drinks at the bar, same as at the mingle and the crawl.
Age
It's a bar, so there is an age limit at the door. I'm checking exactly what it is and will put it here as soon as I know.
If you're under 20, message me before you head out so you don't have a wasted trip.
