Choose one monthly subscription. These terms apply to the new Events, Projects and Both offers.

All three also include the existing Supporter benefits: sending contact requests to people from your events and hosting community meetups beyond the first three free meetups, under the site's usual rules. Being reachable and answering requests remain free.
Using your event credit
Events and Both add 400 kr of personal event credit for each paid month. It works on all paid Room for More tickets, including future events, at the ordinary published price when you book. It does not cover drinks, venue charges or other purchases paid directly to another provider. Credit accumulates indefinitely, has no expiry, and remains usable after you cancel. Cancelling stops future monthly credit once the subscription ends.
There is no monthly limit on spending your saved credit. Your available balance must cover the whole ticket. If it cannot, you can choose to buy a normal ticket separately. We do not automatically charge a difference or combine part-credit with part-cash. Credit is not transferable or exchangeable for cash; statutory refund rights still apply.
You still need to book, and places and booking deadlines apply. The event date does not need to fall within an active subscription. Free events stay free. Existing bookings keep their agreed terms. Cancelling a credit booking restores the credit used when that booking's cancellation rules allow it; it does not create a cash refund.
What project access includes
Projects and Both include the full current Earth & History Explorer during your paid period: all 15 claims in the 11 September 2026 pilot, linked evidence, recorded revisions, search and a map of two sourced modern reference sites. The public demo contains three claims. All claims are AI reviewed; none has independent scholarly review. This is a small, uneven research pilot with no fixed release schedule or comprehensive historical coverage.
There is no fixed update schedule or promise of finished products. Access does not include private accounts, operating systems, backend tools, the working repository or authority to act for the business. Public examples remain public. Feedback is optional; productive contributions and paid work need their own agreement.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Use membership management from your account or membership page before the next renewal to stop the next payment. Project and Supporter benefits continue through the current paid subscription period. Your accumulated event credit remains available afterwards, without an expiry.
A failed payment adds no new credit. A refunded or reversed subscription payment can reverse its related credit and access; this is separate from ordinary cancellation. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights still apply.

One personal monthly subscription renews automatically at the chosen price until cancelled. Prices shown are the total monthly price in NOK, with applicable tax included and no added checkout fee. Payment and purchased benefits start only after successful payment has been verified. Cancel before the next renewal through Manage membership in your account; cancellation stops the next renewal, with no minimum commitment beyond the paid month. Normal cancellation does not refund a completed billing month. Your remaining event credit does not expire, accumulates across billing months and stays available after the subscription ends. Selected project access lasts through its paid period and ends if the relevant payment is refunded or under review.
Event credit is personal credit toward all paid event tickets sold through Room for More, at the ordinary advertised ticket price. It is not a member-specific discount. Credit cannot be transferred, used for guest tickets, exchanged for cash or used for food/drinks or another organiser's purchases. There is no monthly spending limit on your available credit balance. Bookings and available places are required, with no priority or guaranteed seat. One credit-funded ticket per account per occurrence. A booking uses the full ordinary ticket price only when enough credit is available; otherwise buy the ticket through ordinary cash checkout and retain the credit balance. Credit and cash are not combined on a single ticket. The available programme may be worth less than a monthly credit grant; no particular date or volume is guaranteed. Future event dates may be booked if offered, regardless of the membership billing period.
The event's published cancellation deadline and conditions apply. When an eligible cancellation is accepted, the exact credit spent on that ticket is returned to the same account without an expiry. No-show or late-cancellation cases follow the terms shown for that occurrence. If Room for More cancels a booked event, the credit used for it is restored. A credit restoration is not a cash refund. A membership payment refund proportionally reverses the credit grant for that payment, rounded up to the smallest credit unit; a full refund removes the full grant. Disputed payments can put their credit and project access on hold. A verified successful dispute resolution restores only the share not actually refunded. A negative credit balance after reversal is recorded without an automatic charge.

It is an early, AI-reviewed pilot without independent scholarly review. No update cadence, comprehensive historical coverage, finished application, live news service, unlimited AI use, internal workspace access or exclusivity over material that may later be public is promised. Access uses the existing Room for More account. Your account credentials must not be shared.
The membership includes existing Supporter community benefits where those features are available, without granting organiser/admin access or assigning a hosting commitment. Account security and community rules apply. Contact the seller for failed access, incorrect charges, refunds, complaints or other problems. Statutory consumer remedies remain available. Terms for a paid transaction are retained with that purchase; a later website edit does not replace them. Withdrawing from the subscription
You may withdraw from this membership contract within 14 days after entering into it, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to the seller's email or postal address below before the deadline. You may use the withdrawal form included here, but you do not have to. On withdrawal, the membership payment will be refunded within 14 days after the seller receives your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Signing in, opening a project preview or using credit does not by itself waive your statutory withdrawal rights. Refunds reverse the corresponding share of the credit granted for that payment. If that credit has already been spent, the account may show a negative credit balance, which future credit offsets; this never creates an automatic card charge. Contact the seller to resolve a withdrawal involving already-used services.
