A place for updates, and what's next

Hi, Martin here.

The website has a new corner: this updates page. As Room for More grows I want somewhere you can see honestly how things are going, not polished announcements, just the actual state of things. What's new, what changed, and later on, what any support money went towards.

What's here now

• This feed. New posts land here (and in the site's RSS feed) whenever there's something worth telling you.
• A support page. There's now a support page explaining how donations will work once they're open. Short version: events stay free to join wherever possible, nobody will ever be asked to pay to meet people, and every krone that comes in gets reported here openly. Online donations aren't open yet, I'm doing the boring accounting homework first.

What's being worked on

A few bigger things are taking shape for the site, in careful steps: accounts, the option to RSVP here alongside Meetup, and further out, a way for people who met at the same event to connect afterwards, with privacy as the default the whole way. I'll write more here as each piece actually happens rather than promising dates.

The principle behind all of it stays the same: Room for More is about solving the hard part of meeting people, not charging for it.
