Who can read this and what can the assistant do?
You and authorised Room for More operators can read this conversation. Messages and replies are stored in Supabase; relevant conversation content is processed by OpenAI in Room for More's workspace. The assistant uses relevant information from that workspace and can carry out event work within its permission. Necessary details may be shared with a venue or collaborator to fulfil a request. Other private workspace material isn't shared here. It cannot promise somebody else's time, spend without authority or treat a suggestion as your hosting commitment.
